Wesley Wells grew up in Morrisonville, Illinois, He received his Bachelors Degree in Social Science Education from Illinois State University in 1978, and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership in 1985. In 1995, he received an Education Leadership Specialist Degree from Western Illinois University. He is licensed to sell Health and Life Insurance policies in Illinois and Iowa.
Wesley Wells currently lives in Port Byron, Illinois with his wife Becki. He is a board member of the quad cities plus 60 club and is a coordinator of Concert In The Park series and host of the annual fishing trip to Minnesota, as well as a Masonic and Shriner Lodge Member.
Other hobbies include musical performances, gardening and physical fitness.
